School of Medicine Judy Smith Award |
The Judy Smith Award is named to a recipient who demonstrates affirmative working relations, high employee morale and a positive work environment. Recipients are awarded a check for $250 and a certificate of appreciation. The award can be given to any individual who is employed by the School of Medicine or who is associated with the school by their employment. Staff members are eligible to receive the award only once every five years. |
School of Medicine Outstanding Staff Award |
The Outstanding Staff Award is named to a recipient for their dedication, enthusiasm, accomplishments and contributions to the school. Recipients are awarded a check for $1,000 and a certificate of appreciation. The award can be given to full-time, budgeted staff members with at least two years uninterrupted service with the School of Medicine. Full-time staff members whose primary responsibility is in support of the School of Medicine but who are paid through clinical affiliate contracts are also eligible. Staff members are eligible to receive the award only once every five years. |
John J. Koldus III Faculty and Staff Achievement Award |
Recipients of this award are recognized for their strong interest in overall student development and success. Considerations for this award include, but are not limited to: contributions beyond occupational requirements through guidance, leadership and personal interest to enhance students' experiences at Texas A&M University; exemplifies the Aggie Core Values; maintains direct student contact and is a role model; serves as an advocate for students and student issues; recognizes the uniqueness of every student; and shows a commitment to students' wellbeing. |

Years of Service Award |
Since 1991, the Texas A&M University has provided the Years of Service Award program. The program currently recognizes employees who reach 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service with the Texas A&M University System. |
