Community

Health care begins long before a patient enters the exam room, and opportunities for effective care without brick-and-mortar are vast. By shedding the constraints of the past and utilizing our unique makeup, we’ve created a multifaceted, community-based approach to preventive health.

Keeping Physicians in Texas

Graduates of the Texas A&M College of Medicine are among the top in the nation when it comes to staying in the state to practice, entering primary care and locating in healthcare deprived and rural areas. These are all areas highlighted as vital to producing a physician workforce well equipped to address the priority health needs of the nation.
