The Texas A&M College of Medicine offers students an excellent medical education experience and research opportunities through collaborative affiliations, combined resources and expertise from private, state and federal health care organizations. Academic Affairs
The Office of Academic Affairs is dedicated to serving the educational infrastructure, students and faculty of the College of Medicine by offering expert resources and support.
Academic Support Services
The Office for Academic Support Services offers a variety of programs and services designed to enhance a student's learning at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Dr. Angie Hairrell and Chris Diem assist individuals through one-to-one appointments on any learning or study issue, supplemental instruction and guidance for board preparation, and other related areas. Small and large group seminars are designed to provide an overview of proven strategies to prepare students for class, board exams and certifying exams.
Academic Technology
The Office of Academic Technology, assists the College of Medicine in the delivery of our curriculum through the use of cutting edge technologies. We achieve this by researching, evaluating, developing, implementing and supporting technologies that optimize and maximize the strengths of our students, faculty and staff.
Business Affairs
The Office of Business Affairs provides customer service through leadership in the financial matters of the College of Medicine. The office is focused on administering university policies and procedures to the faculty and staff, while committing to the growth and high performance of the College of Medicine.
Continuous Quality Improvement
The Office of Educational Continuous Quality Improvement (OCQI) fosters a culture of excellence through continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts that guide and support the policies, programs, and processes in the College of Medicine. OCQI ensures effective monitoring of the medical education program’s compliance with all LCME accreditation standards.
Dean
The Office of the Dean supports the leadership and serves the faculty, staff and students.
Evaluation & Assessment
The Office of Evaluation and Assessment (OEA) provides feedback to stakeholders (i.e., students, faculty, staff, administration) on program and outcome evaluation and student assessment to improve the medical education program.
Faculty Affairs
Our mission is to provide a support system for faculty who serve in clinical, teaching and research roles; facilitate recruitment, appointment, retention and promotion of faculty; promote faculty development; and disseminate faculty-related information.
Graduate Medical Education
With over 1,400 residents and fellows in 140 programs statewide, the Texas A&M College of Medicine GME network is one of the largest in the state. Our Office of Graduate Medical Education helps strengthen this network by providing our programs and affiliates with many of the resources they need to train the next generation of Aggie Doctors.
Graduate Studies
The Texas A&M Medical Science Graduate Program provides cutting-edge research training through our graduate degrees in medical science that harness the power of Texas A&M University and the Texas A&M College of Medicine.
Marketing and Communications
Marketing and Communications at the College of Medicine, Texas A&M University, serves as the strategic hub for disseminating information, promoting achievements, and enhancing the overall brand image of the medical school. This dynamic department specializes in crafting compelling narratives, designing impactful visuals, and implementing strategic communication plans to engage internal and external stakeholders. The team strives to effectively communicate the school's research breakthroughs, educational initiatives, and community outreach efforts through a blend of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

The mission of the Office of Professional Development (OPD) is to provide faculty and staff with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to foster their professional growth.

The Office of Research supports and enhances Medicine’s research programs and facilitates the recognition of excellence of our researchers and graduate students.
Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs is responsible for the delivery of all student services in the College of Medicine. Student Affairs facilitates student leadership, academic training, and personal growth through co-curricular and extra-curricular services, programs, and activities.
