Texas A&M University Credentials & Elentra Login

Instructions Graphic

Thank you for your commitment to shaping the next generation of Aggie physicians!
Your daily work with our students is essential to advancing medicine for the greater good.

We recently transitioned our elective and clerkship scheduling and evaluations to a new software system called Elentra.
As part of this change, we are also upgrading our IT security processes to better protect our students and their records.

As of September 2025, all student-related business should be conducted using Texas A&M University (TAMU) credentials.

As part of our ongoing commitment to information security and service excellence, the Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine is transitioning to the exclusive use of TAMU credentials for accessing systems and conducting all student-related activities. This change will help us meet federal, state, and university IT security standards.

Please be sure to use your official TAMU email and credentials when you're accessing university systems or communicating about student matters.

Why is this important?

Enhanced Security:
    • TAMU credentials provide robust protection for student data, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive information.
Regulatory Compliance:
    • Proper credential use helps us meet laws, regulations, and university policies regarding IT and data security.
Streamlined Communication:
    • Using official credentials helps maintain consistency, reliability, and accountability across all Texas A&M student-related communications.
One Login for All A&M Business:
Getting your A&M login (known as the NetID) gives you one-stop credentials for email, library access, Elentra, and all other A&M systems. It's designed for security and efficiency.

The Duo Mobile App is easy to use and set up. No mobile phone? Other options are available.
