Early Assurance Pathway Programs

Please Note:  Option A (High School) for all Early Assurance Programs apart from the E2EnMed program are temporarily suspended for the 2022-2023 or until further notice.

Applications to Option “B” for College Students and the E2EnMed program will open October 1st and close December 1st.


Agriculture & Life Sciences to Medicine

The Agriculture & Life Sciences to Medicine (Ag2M) Program is created for outstanding Texas A&M University College of Agriculture & Life Sciences students who are interested in obtaining a medical degree with the Texas A&M School of Medicine, ultimately pursuing a career as a physician or physician scientist.

Cadet to Medicine

The Cadet to Medicine (C2M) program is designed to accelerate the process for Corps of Cadets students who are committed to pursuing medical school by introducing them to experiences and opportunities to prepare them for a career in military medicine.

Engineering to EnMed

The Engineering to EnMed (E2EnMEd) Program is an opportunity for highly qualified high school seniors applying to Texas A&M undergraduate engineering programs (or currently enrolled college sophomores) to achieve early conditional admission into the Texas A&M School of Medicine Engineering Medicine program. This program is designed to train a new generation of physician engineers, physicianeers who are passionate about creating and implementing solutions to the greatest challenges in healthcare. Up to 15 students will be admitted for each medical school entry year.

Engineering to Medicine

The Engineering to Medicine (E2M) Program is created for outstanding Texas A&M University College of Engineering students who are interested in obtaining a medical degree with the Texas A&M School of Medicine, ultimately pursuing a career as a physician or physician scientist.

Military to Medicine

The Military to Medicine (M2M) Program is designed for first-year students who are currently enrolled in one of the three service academies (Army, Navy and Air Force) and are interested in obtaining a medical degree with the Texas A&M School of Medicine.

Pre-Med Fellows

The Pre-Med Fellows program is designed to accelerate the process and prepare Pre-Med students to be highly competitive medical school students by introducing them to experiences and opportunities to prepare them for a career in medicine.

Partnership for Primary Care

Through the Texas A&M School of Medicine Office of Admission Partnership for Primary Care Program (PPC) you have the opportunity to bring quality health care home to your fellow Texans.

Science to Medicine

The Science to Medicine (S2M) Program is created for outstanding Texas A&M University College of Science students who are interested in obtaining a medical degree with the Texas A&M School of Medicine, ultimately pursuing a career as a physician or physician scientist.

Pre-JAMP / Pre-Med Symposium

The Pre-JAMP and Pre-Medical Symposium is a half-day symposium intended for Texas residents who are high school juniors, seniors and college students who are interested in the field of medicine.
