Exemplary Conduct

Exemplary conduct are behaviors identified by the reporter as exemplifying (e.g., extensive work beyond scope of responsibilities) Aggie Core Values and contributing to the learning environment.

The conduct of the members of our community is very important to our culture and our overall learning environment. We recognize that conduct often serves as a key medium through which the medical profession perpetuates its standards and inculcates its ethical values. With this said, we all have a mutual commitment to foster a dynamic learning environment in which exemplary conduct is encouraged and concerning behavior is discouraged. Therefore, it is important to report exemplary in addition to concerning behavior.
