IMIL iLAB Reservation Calendar

The online scheduling calendars for IMIL core equipment are hosted on the IMIL iLabs site. Users who have an iLabs account and are trained will be given editing access to equipment reservation calendars: https://tamu.corefacilities.org/service_center/6207/?tab=equipment.

Scheduling (including after-hours and weekend use) can be done up to, but not exceeding, 4 weeks in advance. Microscope availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Double booking of a time slot is not allowed. Researchers should estimate the scheduled time as accurately as possible but will not be charged for unused time. Users can cancel reservations up to 24 hours in advance. After that, if the user needs to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, they may contact maleamurphy@tamu.edu to cancel the reservation.

Users MUST sign in and out of the instrument by using the online kiosk: https://tamu.corefacilities.org/service_centers/6207/equipment_kiosk/dashboard. Failure to sign in within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will automatically cancel the remaining reservation and mark the user as a no-show. Repeated no-show events may result in revocation of reservation privileges. Schedules are subject to rearrangement by the facility director and facility manager, if necessary. The facility will use 4 hours a week for the development and maintenance of each instrument.
