Christine Greer
Christine Greer has been serving as the Business Administrator for the Texas A&M University College of Medicine, Office of the Vice Dean & Graduate Medical Education, Round Rock Campus since 2013 and has recently added the Office of Faculty Development, Round Rock Campus. Prior to this role, she served as the Program Coordinator for the Preventive Medicine Residency Program and the Junior Administrator for the Office of Graduate and Continuing Medical Education from 2011-2013. Prior to this role, she served as a Medical Education Program Coordinator (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine) for the Round Rock Campus from 2008-2011.Sandra Harvey
Sandra Harvey graduated from Louisiana State University Health Science Center, Shreveport with a master's in health sciences. She has worked in higher education for over 20 years. Ms. Harvey is a Program Coordinator for the College of Medicine. She is a recent empty-nester who has a newfound love for upcycling furniture and baking gluten-free treats.
Alyssa Hausmann
Alyssa Hausmann is a program coordinator for Office of Evaluation and Assessment at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Her duties include overseeing the BLUE Evaluation software including evaluations of students, faculty and clerkship/elective. She joined the School of medicine in 2018.
Erin M. Herbrich, MPH
Director of Academic Affairs
Erin M. Herbrich, MPH, received her Bachelor of Science in bioenvironmental sciences from Texas A&M University and Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the Texas A&M School of Public Health.
Herbrich began her career at the Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2011 as a Medical Education Program Coordinator. Currently, she serves as the Director of Academic Affairs. In addition, she serves as the Staff Ombuds Officer for the College of Medicine, serving as a confidential, impartial and neutral sounding board regarding any staff concerns within the learning environment.
Stacey Keller
Stacey Keller has served as the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Texas A&M University College of Medicine, Office of Evaluation and Assessment since 2015. In her role, she manages operations, logistics, and project management for the Office of Evaluation and Assessment. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Master’s in Business Administration from Texas State University.
Janice Kintzer
Janice Kintzer is a program coordinator for the Practice of Medicine 3 course and the surgery clerkship at the Round Rock campus. Her role includes advising students and scheduling clinic rotations and lectures.
Janice has been with the College of Medicine since 2020. Prior to joining Texas A&M, she worked as a Clinic Operations Manager. She received her undergraduate degree from Trident University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management.
Terri Kurz, PhD
Terri Kurz, PhD is the Assistant Dean for Professional Development. Since joining the College of Medicine in 2012, she has served in various roles in faculty development and now oversees the Office of Professional Development which provides support and resources for the professional development of the College of Medicine faculty and staff. She is also an Instructional Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Education and teaches in the Education for Healthcare Professionals program.
Jennifer Little
Jennifer Little serves as the Student Affairs Program Coordinator at the Round Rock campus. She is responsible for the successful management of curriculum to visiting students and works with students assigned to the Round Rock campus. She also assists with faculty appointments and provides a variety of support. Although she joined the Round Rock campus in 2022, she previously was the clerkship coordinator for both family medicine and radiology at the Temple Campus for ten years. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and making memories traveling.Thea Mallini
Thea Mallini is a Program Coordinator with the Office of Evaluation and Assessment. Her main responsibility is management of curriculum mapping for which she works closely with faculty and staff to gather curricular data. She also participates in the development and maintenance of the OEA website.
Rose Mastrangelo
Rose Mastrangelo is an academic navigator for the Round Rock campus. In this role, she assists students with scheduling, choosing electives, and resource referrals. Rose has been with the College of Medicine since 2019. Prior to joining COM, she worked as an academic advisor for undergraduates.
Cari Richards
Cari Richards serves as Program Coordinator for Medical Education in the Texas A&M College of Medicine at the Round Rock Campus. Her career with Texas A&M began in 1997, and she has over 15 years of administrative and business experience at Texas A&M University and Texas A&M Health. During her career at Texas A&M College of Medicine, Cari has held positions of Business Coordinator and most recently Senior Administrative Coordinator.
Eva Rivera
Eva Rivera serves as Program Coordinator for both the OBGYN and Pediatrics clerkships. She is primarily responsible for faculty appointments and providing support in a variety of formats.
Stephanie Staggs, MHA, CHCP
Stephanie Staggs received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University in 2006. She received the Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP) credential in 2015 from the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEhp).
Ms. Staggs has been serving as the continuing medical education (CME) Program Coordinator for the Texas A&M College of Medicine since 2013. She was primarily responsible for successfully obtaining provisional and full accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). She also served as the Preventive Medicine Residency Coordinator for the College of Medicine. Prior to that, she was the Director for the Physician Oncology Education Program at the Texas Medical Association where she managed a grant from the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas.
Erin Stavinoha
Erin Stavinoha is the Program Coordinator for Academic Affairs at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Her duties include overseeing elective curriculum and catalog maintenance. She joined the College of Medicine in 2008.
Lauren Threadgill
Lauren Threadgill serves as the Military Medicine Program Coordinator and the Executive Assistant to the Round Rock Associate Dean. She is responsible for the electives for the Ft. Hood site as well as assisting Jenny Thurmond with the San Antonio sites. She assists with faculty appointments for both the Round Rock campus and the Ft. Hood site. Lauren joined the School of Medicine in 2022, and she previously worked on Texas A&M main campus as an Administrative Assistant at TVMDL from 2019-2022.
Michele Vallecillo
Michele Vallecillo received her undergraduate degree in Education from Abilene Christian University. She then completed a teacher credentialing program at San Jose State University and obtained her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Michele was an elementary school teacher before joining the Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2012. She currently serves as an Education Specialist for the Office of Professional Development. Michele is currently pursuing a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology.
