Maintenance Support and Reporting

In the event of an urgent maintenance issue in the lab or other area of MREB1 or MREB2 on the Bryan campus, please see below for the appropriate contacts and processes.

For emergency maintenance support (e.g. pipe burst, leak, etc.)


During normal office hours, please call Tim Breitschopf, Facilities Coordinator at 979.406.0188 (cell).

If you are unable to reach Tim or you have an after-hours emergency, please call or visit the HSC Security Office at 979.436.9000, MREB1 room 2026 (inside the loading dock).

If you have an after-hours emergency and can’t reach HSC Security, call the SSC Communications Center at 979.845.4311.

 

For non-emergency maintenance support (e.g. general maintenance, move support, etc.)


Fill out a work order at https://aggieworks.tamu.edu. These requests go directly to SSC. For general maintenance issues, inclusion of an account number may not be required.
