Locations

The Medical Sciences Library (MSL), located on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, serves as the primary library for the Texas A&M University Health Science Center. What are the library hours?

Most Medical Sciences Library locations have 24X7 swipe access. Staffed hours can be found at: https://library.tamu.edu/about/calendars/msl.php

Sunday  12pm - 12am
Monday  7am - 12am
Tuesday  7am - 12am
Wednesday  7am - 12am
Thursday  7am - 12am
Friday  7am - 9pm
Saturday  12pm - 9pm

How do I request books and articles?

You may request books and articles through the Get It For Me services. Books will be mailed to your location or placed on hold for you in the library. Articles will be emailed to you as PDF. To create a Get It For Me account, go to https://getitforme.library.tamu.edu/msllocal/ and click on NetID Username Login.

Does the library have my textbook?
The library has access to many textbooks in print and electronic format. Check our catalog to find your textbook: https://catalog.library.tamu.edu/  If we don’t own the textbook, you may place a purchase request form: https://msl.library.tamu.edu/services/service_request_forms/purchase_request.ph
