Research Study on Diversity
Participants Needed!
Join our study as we seek to understand what factors contribute to career success for people in the biomedical research workforce. This year-long study will randomize participants to one of two intervention arms. Both intervention arms involve monthly sessions, mentoring, coursework, and networking.
Are you eligible?
- 1. Terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.)
- 2. Postdoc or junior faculty within the first 6 years of the appointment
- 3. Committed to a career in clinical, basic or translational research
- 4. Have approximately 50 percent protected time for research
