Which undergraduate degree do you hold from Texas A&M?
I graduated with a bachelor of science in nutritional science.
What are your career goals?
My career goal is to become a physician. I am quite interested in the field of orthopedics. I would like to open my private practice back home. Laredo is known for its underserved community.
Who is your role model in life/Who do you look up to for inspiration in life?
My role model is my father. I admire my father’s ability to remain calm under pressure. I have been able to master some of it. However, I am nowhere close to his level because sometimes I panic.
Tell us something you are passionate about apart from studies
Another passion of mine is sports. I enjoy watching and playing football and soccer. Also, I enjoy running because it was one of the pastimes that I would do with my father.

I like my eggs to be cooked over easy. I enjoy eating the running yolk with bread.
