Which undergraduate degree do you hold from Texas A&M?
I graduated in August 2020 with a bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences, a minor in Public Health, and a certificate in Biomedical Research and Development.
What are your career goals?
I aspire to work in women’s health. I want to actively work towards creating a globally inclusive healthcare environment where women of all backgrounds feel that they are listened to and attended to with the utmost respect.
Who is your role model in life/Who do you look up to for inspiration in life?
I strive to be as strong and as bold as Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She is a remarkable woman who has made enormous strides for other women in the United States. I seek to empower women in medicine as she has in politics.
Tell us something you are passionate about apart from studies
I have recently started enjoying planting during the quarantine. I love to watch all of my plants grow, and although I feel like an old lady sometimes, they make me so happy!
