Brand Guide

The Marketing Brand Guide (SharePoint site) is the latest official resource from the School of Medicine Marketing Office specifically for faculty, staff and students. A TAMU ID and Password is required to log on. 

Please refer to the Brand Guide for information including:  Social Media, Branding, Photography, Editorial Style, Media Relations, Email Signatures and Etiquette, Obtaining SWAG and Branded Items, Press releases, etc.

Reporting Events & Accomplishments

Complete the form above to provide an easy and convenient way for our students, faculty, and staff to report newsworthy information, . This form also helps our Marketing and Communications staff and Office of Research staff for research-related items stay informed of upcoming or recent publications, honors or awards, and other newsworthy accomplishments.

Complete the form above for easy submissions of upcoming events.  Click on the Live Whale button.  The event will be posted to the live calendar within one business day and may be edited as necessary for style and clarity or to comply with university and school guidelines. A digest that includes your event will be sent out weekly.
