Action Requested: Update Contact Info in Online Directory

With the start of the new year, now is a good time to confirm your contact information is up to date in the Texas A&M online directory, which will replace the Texas A&M Health online directory (directory.tamhsc.edu) on January 21, 2020.

To provide the most accurate directory information possible, all employees must update their contact information in Workday. This does not apply to individuals classified as affiliates or contractors.

To update your contact information in Workday:

  1. Log in to the TAMUS Single Sign On website
  2. Select Workday from the SSO Menu
  3. Select the Personal Information application
  4. Select Contact Information from the Change menu
  5. Click the Edit button
  6. Scroll down and update your Work Contact Information
    • Alternate Work Location should include your building and office room number; set the Visibility to Public
    • Primary Phone should include your office phone number; set the Visibility to Public
    • Primary Email should include your TAMU email; set the Visibility to Public
  7. Optionally update your Home Contact Information; you may keep the Visibility set to Private
  8. Click the Submit button to complete the updates

Updates from Workday should be reflected in the Texas A&M online directory within a few days.
